The purchase of the Amsterdam-based wind farm Noordzeeweg was completed on October 1, 2021.**\n\nThe wind farm consists of four Vestas V 90 wind turbines and has a total installed capacity of 8.8 MW. The wind farm was commissioned in summer 2020.\n\nThe transaction was completed as part of a share deal. The buyer is a Dutch subsidiary of CIC. The company acquired 100% of the shares.\n\nAfter acquiring ECN Wind Energy Facilities B.V. in Wieringermeer last year, this is the second transaction on the Dutch market within a year.\n\n“We are delighted to have acquired another project in the Netherlands.
