Wind farm Norra Hunna officially handed over

Hamburg – Connected Infrastructure Capital (CIC) officially took over the Norra Hunna wind farm from Siemens Gamesa on May 18, 2021.

The wind farm in the Askersund region of Sweden has an installed capacity of 16.4 MW. Four SWT-DD-142 wind turbines were installed. With an annual production of 51 million kWh, around 12,000 four-person households can be supplied with green energy every year.

For CIC, this is the first wind farm project to be implemented in Sweden.
The CIC team accompanied the project on site during the construction phase. Despite the restrictions caused by the corona pandemic, the wind farm was completed within the planned construction time.
CIC will operate the Norra Hunna wind farm itself.
